Role and Responsibility · Define and establish vendor management system/process; · Define and establish vendor performance evaluation and tracking system; . · Manage vendor in different stage, searching, audit, ramp up, trail run as well as mass production; · Lead and manage programs from quality standard points; · Lead monthly vendor performance review meeting and report; · Conduct supplier audits, drive continuous improvement of supplier's quality, cost and delivery performance; contribute to the sourcing/ order allocation plans; · Implement material, information security as well as RRD quality system requirement in vendor end.

Qualifications · Bachelor degree or above in engineering; · > 5 years experience in Vendor Quality Management in industry like trading company, consumer goods, printing industry… · Have good business sense; · Good command of negotiation and communication skills; · Fluent in both written and spoken English, prefer have working experience in foreign enterprise.
